Nikki’s got this incredible eye for style and a passion for hair that’s totally unmatched. Whether it’s a stunning cut, gorgeous color, or a fabulous blowout, she nails it every time.

PATRICK DEMAY
As a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Iraq War, Patrick has always valued discipline, determination, and seeing the bigger picture. These principles guided him through his military service and later through his journey in business. With a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in data analytics, he has combined an analytical mindset with a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
“When my wife, an incredibly talented and passionate stylist, dreamed of building a space to educate and inspire the next generation of stylists, I knew my role was to help make it happen. Together, we founded NŌTA Beauty Co., a salon dedicated to providing a true high-end experience. My role focuses on business operations, from managing logistics to orchestrating events, ensuring our team has the resources they need to excel.”
Outside of work, he is a proud father to two young boys who keep life full of energy and joy. When he’s not spending time with family, he is enjoying riding motorcycles and snowboarding—activities that remind him to take time for himself, just as they encourage their clients to do at the salon.
