Nikki’s got this incredible eye for style and a passion for hair that’s totally unmatched. Whether it’s a stunning cut, gorgeous color, or a fabulous blowout, she nails it every time.
But it’s not just about the hair; it’s the whole vibe. Nikki’s created this amazing, welcoming space where everyone feels like a VIP. PATRICK DEMAY
As a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Iraq War, Patrick has always valued discipline, determination, and seeing the bigger picture. These principles guided him through his military service and later through his journey in business. With a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA in data analytics, he has combined an analytical mindset with a passion for creating meaningful experiences.
“When my wife, an incredibly talented and passionate stylist, dreamed of building a space to educate and inspire the next generation of stylists, I knew my role was to help make it happen. Together, we founded NŌTA Beauty Co., a salon dedicated to providing a true high-end experience. My role focuses on business operations, from managing logistics to orchestrating events, ensuring our team has the resources they need to excel.”
Outside of work, he is a proud father to two young boys who keep life full of energy and joy. When he’s not spending time with family, he is enjoying riding motorcycles and snowboarding—activities that remind him to take time for himself, just as they encourage their clients to do at the salon.

Continuing education is so important in this industry so I’m always trying my best to take classes, learn new tricks and stay up-to-date with the latest trends to make sure you leave with a smile (and the perfect hair)!
If I’m not in the salon, I am guaranteed to be at my dance studio teaching the most amazing group of kiddos! I’ve been dancing for just over 20 years and it continues to be such a huge love of mine. You will probably notice me getting a little groovy behind the chair when a good song comes on in the salon! – I also love all things books, music, food and whatever is the latest and greatest on Netflix!

Hey, I’m Kendra.
I’ve been behind the chair for almost 10 years, and it has flown by! As someone who has had every shape and hair color known to mankind, I feel like I can help a wide variety of guests feel comfortable in my chair and truly love their hair again. As a wavy/curly hair gal these days, I love being able to help people bring out their natural texture. I also LOVE gray hair. I know it sounds crazy, but helping my clients embrace their gray as it grows in is one of my favorite things to do!
In my time outside of the salon, I’m a gym rat. I love lifting weights and I have been teaching Zumba®️ for 15 years. I love to read and listen to music. Starbucks is definitely my coffee place of choice, and my favorite snacks are French fries and white chocolate Kit Kats.

With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Bridget has dedicated her career to mastering the art of hair and sharing knowledge with others. She had the privilege of working with two professional hair color companies, Framesi and DIFIABA where she educated fellow hairstylists on everything from the latest techniques and trends to understanding the foundation of color theory and color correction.
Staying up to date on continuing education is a must in this industry, and Bridget is continually refining her skills to bring the best to her clients.

I have been behind the chair for over 6 years now. I specialize in Cutting and Styling, Bridal work, and lived in color. I love being able to build relationships with my guests, and my number one goal is to make sure you leave feeling your very best! I have had experience working with top educators in the industry, including education from Kerastase, Oribe, and bumble and bumble. I prioritize continued education and staying up to date on all the latest trends.
When I’m not doing hair, you can find me at nearby fitness classes! I love taking Pilates , boxing, and spin classes in the area. I also love all things reality tv, music, and I have a mini golden doodle who I absolutely adore.
